Valued customers of Horus Sanitary Ware Trading Company are entitled to return or exchange products within 30 days from the invoice date, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Presenting the original invoice stamped with Horus Company seal.

"For the safety of our customers", returns and exchanges are accepted only from the customer whose name appears on the invoice upon presenting a valid national ID. For companies, an official authorization letter must be provided for the authorized representative along with their national ID, clearly stating "Authorization to process returns and receive all financial settlements".

Returned items are accepted only if they are in the same condition as received by the customer, including internal and external packaging.

All types and diameters of pipes are accepted for return only if complete and not cut.

The customer bears the shipping cost of returned or exchanged products unless the reason is a manufacturing defect.

In case of a manufacturing defect for products covered by warranty and customer service, the customer must contact the manufacturer’s customer service directly.

If the customer received any gifts or special discounts during purchase, they must be fully returned to the company when processing a return or exchange.

Custom-made cabinets, side bathtubs, jacuzzis, all special orders that are not stocked, and electrical items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in case of a manufacturing defect.

Items that have been installed, even for testing purposes, even if not used, cannot be returned or exchanged except in case of a manufacturing defect.

Special offers consisting of more than one product cannot be partially returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect in the item to be exchanged.

Products that have been discontinued or are no longer traded cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds or price differences for exchanges will be processed using the same payment method used in the original invoice.
